Lately….

I recently completed a property staging project which begun in early August 2019 and was finally open-house-ready in early November. This large waterfront home in Kawana Waters got a much needed face-lift in preparation for sale. Designed for a large family, the entertainer style home has three separate living areas, a large galley style kitchen with stone bench tops, bar with timber features, six bedrooms; three with en-suites, home office, laundry, alfresco patio facing the canal, pool, upstairs balcony, media room, master bedroom parents’ retreat, private pontoon and a three car garage.

After 12 years of living in this property the owners decided to downsize into a 3 bed apartment. The house was to be staged with a few current furniture pieces in addition to newly purchased ones which would be used in their new home after sale. So, in addition to wall painting and repairs this job involved a whole lot of purchasing. The challenge? To purchase furniture and accessories that could be used to stage large spaces and afterwards fit into small spaces perfectly!

Little Details Matter

Accessories are key when styling any space, even when staging for sale. I didn’t go overboard with it, just a few gorgeous little details in every space to show prospective buyers the possibilities in making this house their home.
